Produced a commissioned performance work by Tschabalala Self for the 2023 edition of the Performa Biennial. Oversaw development from early concept through live execution, including budgeting, scheduling, cross‑departmental coordination, and venue logistics. Facilitated close collaboration between the artist and technical/production teams to translate Self’s signature collage‑inspired aesthetic—drawing on pattern, textile, and form—into a live performance environment.
