As producer of SIREN, a durational performance created for The Watermill Center’s “the BODY” Summer Benefit, I collaborated closely with the artist and Watermill Curator to realize a staging of extraordinary logistical and symbolic scope. The 3-hour durational performance involved a team of 12 auto‑mechanics who systematically disassembled a decommissioned U.S. police cruiser while Galindo sat inside the vehicle.
